about us & contact
Anna and Michaela met in 2013 and worked together to establish ethics and compliance in Telia Company, at the time a company in crisis after allegations of corruption. Settling with the US and Dutch authorities the company, despite record high penalties, received excellent feedback and recognition for the remediation, the anti-corruption program and ethics & compliance work.
In writing this book they draw from their own professional experiences, from research and from inspiration from other engaged ethics and compliance professionals. Since the Telia experience they have worked with corporate conduct and corporate crime related issues in other multinational companies.
